There can be a lot to consider when preparing for a trip. Therefore, we have compiled some recommendations to make your journey smooth and easy.

  • Make sure you have your travel documents and identification readily available.
  • If you have special needs, are traveling with children, or are traveling with animals, make sure to arrive at the airport in good time.
  • Arrive at the airport well in advance, as during major holidays there may be many travelers and the waiting time at check-in and security checkpoints may be slightly longer.
  • Limit your carry-on baggage that you bring into the cabin.
  • The easiest way is to check in online, which you can do here on our website. Online check-in opens 36 hours before departure and closes two hours before departure.
  • Do you prefer to sit by the window or in the aisle? At populAir, we have free seating, and you can choose your seat yourself.
  • When leaving the aircraft, make sure to remember to take all your personal belongings with you. If you have forgotten something onboard, please contact the lost and found department at your arrival airport.
  • Delayed or damaged baggage? Contact a populAir representative directly at the airport and file a report!
