For delays exceeding two hours, we offer reimbursement for expenses such as food and phone calls. For longer delays, compensation for accommodation and transportation may be available. If your flight is delayed by over 5 hours, you are entitled to a refund and potential compensation. Remember to keep all receipts!
You can change your booking yourself if you have purchased FULL or MID and LOW tickets, you do this by logging in to "My Booking". We are happy to assist you with your re- booking via telephone.
If you have lost your receipt of your trip you can find it under "My Booking" at www.amapola.nu. You simply log in with your reference number and last name, if you have created a user that your booking is registered on, you log in with your user name and password.
When your flight is canceled or delayed you are entitled to assistance according to EU regulation (EC) 261/2004, which are common rules that all European airlines follow. You are entitled to compensation only if your flight is canceled due to circumstances that we may prevail over. We refer any complaint or claim for compensation to callcenter@amapola.nu
If your flight is delayed by more than 5 hours, you have the right to choose to forfeit the flight. The airline will then refund the ticket price and, if applicable, arrange a return flight to your original departure location as soon as possible. For longer delays, you may also be entitled to compensation, as per the European Court of Justice's decision in case C-432/07, Sturgeon. Make sure to keep all receipts for any expenses!
