Dear Traveler, we are currently experiencing some technical disruptions due to the change of booking platform. This mainly affects our online check-in, and we therefore refer to check-in desks at the respective airports until further notice. In a case where your luggage is delayed you must report your missing baggage immediately at the airport by contacting the arrival service. When you have reported your baggage missing, you will receive a PIR report (Property Irregularity Report).
If you need to buy toiletries and other essential items that was packed in your baggage, we will reimburse you for these costs within reasonable limits.
In a case where your luggage not has been found after 21 days, you can submit a claim for compensation for lost baggage.
If you have travel insurance, investigate this option first. Our liability for lost baggage is limited by international regulations and guidelines, just like all other international airlines. Fragile and valuable items such as passports, laptops, money, medicines, jewellery, cameras and keys must be packed in hand luggage. Such types of items are not replaced by populAir.

In a case where your baggage has been damaged during transport you need to bring it to the arrival service immediately at the airport. This must be done together with your baggage tag and travel documents.
If you have already left the airport you will have to return with your damaged bag, your baggage tags and travel documents within 7 days to make a damage report.
If your baggage is delayed more than 24 hours, we will reimburse costs within reasonable limits if you need to buy toiletries and other essential products. The exact definition of what is reasonable depends on your individual situation, the purpose of your trip. populAir consider 75 EUR per person and day is a reasonable in case of baggage delayed.
