Dear Traveler, populAir is undergoing a change of booking platform. Due to technical problems, it affects you as a traveler if you have booked your flight ticket through one of our retailers or through a travel agent before april 12th. You therefore need to contact your travel agent. Our Call Center currently has long response times on the phone, but you can email us at callcenter@populair.com for faster processing. All populAir flights arrive and depart from terminal 5, Arlanda. Check-in takes place at counter 21-32 at Arlanda, we recommend looking at the information board. We ask all our travelers to be at the airport in good time. Read more about our check-in

Get updates about your flight here. You can find updated information about our departing and arriving flights on swedavia.se. If we become aware of a delay, we try as far as possible to contact all passengers by email or text message for delays exceeding 2 hours.
